How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International delivery times vary by destination but typically arrive within 10-21 days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Materia Store products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is processed for shipping and can no longer be changed.
